As much as we offer a range of specific repair services we know that life isn’t always that simple. We recognise that sometimes mobile phones just stop responding and laptops just stop working, but putting our fingers on the problem can be much more complicated! However this lack of specific information doesn’t mean that you need to put up with a gadget that doesn’t work, we can still help!
Before we go ahead with any repair we’ll ask you to send as many details of the symptoms you are experiencing as you can. This will allow us to carry out an assessment and let you know what repair we anticipate needing to carry out. All of our technicians have many years experience under their belt which means that they have a good eye for what problems are and how to fix them. However, don’t worry because we’ll always double check the system when we have it in our hands before we carry out any repairs.
If you don’t know what the problem is, it seems to be intermittent or the problems don’t seem to be consistent then you can send the gadget to us anyway.
